A DYNAMIC SUPERALLOY SOLUTION FOR THE REFINING INDUSTRY
When a customer needed a quick turnaround for an Inconel 825 air cooler header, Globe delivered – and with time to spare! We were able to fabricate a high-performance air cooler header that could check the air pressure in our client’s transmission tubes while also meeting a range of other criteria to enhance their day-to-day operations. From an operational and a cost perspective, it was a win-win all around!

IMPRESSIVELY DESIGNED, RIGIDLY TESTED
Our high-performance Inconel 825 air cooler header consisted of a 20” diameter schedule-80 pipe with 50 six-inch, 1,500 pound outlets welded on. In addition, this project was a 100% x-ray job that included 100% hydrotesting on all of its welds. And, as if that weren’t enough, the entire project was constructed, completed, and shipped to their Midwest refinery within the span of a month!
